Q Poskets by Banpresto

These adorable Japanese collectibles are available for different fandoms including Disney, Harry Potter, DC and various anime shows. They come in two different sizes which are a full-size figure (just under 6 inches) and a petit size which varies but is on the smaller side. I first stumbled upon these at a local video game store and quickly became obsessed once I did some research and found out how many were actually available.

Each full-size QPosket is available in two different versions, version A which is the original colourway and has a glossy finish and version B which is a pastel colour palette with a matte finish. I have found in my personal experience that it is more difficult to find the version B. I am not sure if they produce less of the pastel-coloured ones or if they just sell faster, but I don’t see them for sale as much as the other ones.

These little cuties are very affordable and make a great addition to any collector’s shelf. They are available at a number of different retailers. I am able to find most of mine online or on eBay. I have to say that these figurines are very detailed and capture the characters beautifully. Each one is painted carefully with vivid or pastel shades, is molded in a dynamic pose and has these big beautiful eyes which are hard not to get lost in.

Belle Dreamy Style Q Posket

The Q Posket line continues to expand with new releases and characters being announced monthly, it is almost certain that you will find one that you will love. My only critique for these figurines would be that I wish Banpresto would make a full-size version for every figurine they make. There are so many petit sized ones that I would love to see as a larger figure. I personally don’t have any of the smaller ones in my collection and there are a few that I would have purchased had they been available in the larger size. There are 3 characters in particular that I would love to see be made into the full-sized versions one day: Peter Pan, Captain Hook and Princess Tiger Lily are at the top of my Wishlist. They also have a Princess Belle wearing her green dress in the smaller version that I would purchase in a heartbeat if it was larger.

Overall, I would rate these figurines 9/10 if you are looking for an affordable addition to your collection. I love that they are available in two sizes and two colour variants. Like I mentioned above, I just wish they made all new releases in both sizes. I can’t wait to see what they do next with their new products as they continue to release new series regularly.
